Currently two comments recording and display systems are being tried on this website as "add ons". Plus there are separate event registration and user administration data directly built into the website software.

Built-in page comments system

• The "Commentix" software is used to log and display public comment records. All entered data entered by users is aved in a database on this web server. The Commontix software "privacy policy" , is accessible from its "Add Comment" page part.
• Your name, rating, website address, town, country, state and comment will be publicly displayed if entered.
• Aside from the data entered into these form fields, other stored data about your comment will include:
• Your IP address (not displayed)
• The time/date of your submission (displayed)

Your email address will not be shared. It is collected for only two reasons:

• Administrative purposes, should a need to contact you arise.
• To inform you of new comments, should you subscribe to receive notifications.

A cookie may be set on your computer. This is used to remember your inputs. It will expire by itself.

Facebook

Facebook integration is being trialed, so that facebook content pages, posts and comments may be available on selected pages.
All such information sections should be clearly identified by facebook appearance and labelling. Such content is stored, controlled and analysed by Facebook. When a facebook login is used by this site, the Facebook userid and email is stored on the site database. This information can be removed by a Facebook delete request sent this site, to remove a facebook userid and email through the Facebook App interface.
